24% of the average Chadian diet is composed of fat. The average amount of fat in an adults diet should roughly be about 15%. In chad there are many different varieties of cultures and food. To the north nomadic Arabs eat a diet consisting of mostly meat and dairy, but further to the south the people eat a more plant-based diet. However throughout chad there are special dishes that are shared by all. In chad the main meat is goat which for every 3oz contains 4% of your fat intake for the day or 2.6g. As for produce tomatoes and onions are the most commonly used vegetables/fruits, but dates, mangoes, and guavas are also grown. Lastly they mainly use goat milk and cow milk for dairy. However only northern Chadians drink dairy while in the south dairy is not really consumed. Cow milk contains 2.4g of fat or 3% of your daily intake.
